In the event you would like to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you may do so on this website or by giving us a call or text, any time up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you miss an appointment without contacting us within the required time, this is considered a missed appointment and will result in a 50% charge of service with the payment information on file.

Missing your appointment without notifying before your appointment time will result in a 100% charge of service with the payment information on file. If the client wishes to book again, the totality of a newly booked appointment must be paid upon booking.

 If a client is more than 15 minutes late without prior notice for a scheduled appointment, we will consider this a missed appointment. Missed appointments will result in a 50% charge for service with the payment information on file. If the client wishes to book again, the 50% charge must be fulfilled to book a new appointment.   If you fail to show up for your appointment or give a cancellation notice within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged the full-service amount.

We require payment on completion of your appointment unless an alternative arrangement is made. A deposit is required,  you are required to leave a card on file to secure an appointment. Balance must be paid in full. We accept cash, CashApp, Zelle, Apple Pay, and major credit/debit cards.

 We always do our best to meet your booking request. To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking at least one week in advance. We recommend making future bookings at the end of each service to secure your ideal appointment time. Bookings can also be made on this website. I kindly ask that clients refrain from attending appointments if they are unwell, as this can hurt the health and safety of both clients & myself.   Please do not bring friends, family members, or children to your appointments unless the individuals have booked a service as well.

In no event shall we be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website, services rendered, and products sold whether such liability is under contract. We shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website, services rendered, and products sold.

Prices are subject to change; however, we will honor the price your appointment was associated with upon booking.
